DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE MAINLAND AND SENTOSA

LOCAL COURIER (Standard)	$1.99 Free shipping for purchases above $50	Orders will take 2-6 working days* for processing and delivery.
LOCAL COURIER (Same Day Express)	$35.00	For orders placed before 2pm, it will be delivered within the same working day*. For orders placed after 2pm, it will be delivered on the next working day.

*Working days refer to Monday to Friday, and do not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Deliveries may take longer than specified timeframe during peak periods such as year-end sales and launches.
Charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempt. Our customer care team will contact you to advise the fee and re-arrange the delivery schedule.

Please provide a working mobile number for our service provider to drop you a call or text prior to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipping fees cover delivery only.

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver.

JOURNEY is not responsible for return or handling fees if delivery is refused or unsuccessful.

We do not encourage shipment of fragile items for international shipping. Please contact our customer care team via our CONTACT US PAGE for quote to ship bulky and fragile items.
If your destination is not stated in the table, please contact us with the item(s) you wish to purchase, and we will provide a shipping quotation.
Once an order has been dispatched, JOURNEY is unable to cover any return shipping, customs or handling charges. If delivery is refused or cannot be completed because the recipient cannot be reached, any resulting charges will be payable by the recipient.
