The Changi Airport control tower is a familiar icon to some of TOUCH Community Services’ special needs trainees as it evokes happy memories about planes and travelling. Kim Han, who is diagnosed with Mild Intellectual Disability, has a good memory and an eye for details. He makes sure he does not omit any details when he paints.
